Re: Notice of Annual Meeting March 3, 2011
The annual meeting for The Village of Winding Trails will be held Thursday March 3, 2011
at the Woodlawn Presbyterian Chapel at Clayton and Strecker Roads starting at 7pm.
The agenda for this meeting is on the second page.
To hold the meeting, we need a minimum of 25% of the residents in attendance. So, if you can not attend, please fill out the Proxy Form and give it to one of the trustees by Friday February 25, 2011.
If you are interested in running as a trustee, the term is 3years, please call one of the trustees to notify us of your intentions of running as a candidate.
Details of the budget will be available at the meeting and posted on our web site at www.windingtrails.us.
