Upon relinquishing our membership to The Village of Winding Trails Bath and Tennis Club, we are to
return all Bath and Tennis keys along with this form to the Current Pool Trustee. If we are current and
up to date on all assessment payments our key deposit will be refunded to us by mail, in the form of a
check issued by The City and Village Tax Office.
We understand completely that if we wish to rejoin at a later date, the $175.00 membership activation
fee will again be due. After that, the annual dues are required to continue your membership and keep it
current.
